01 / SELECTION NOTE
Describe ingredients and feed characteristics
A nutritional beverage study can involve emulsions or dispersions with different physical properties. Describe the prepared liquid, viscosity and feed particles to support exchanger and homogenizer selection. Keep confidential formulation detail out of an initial enquiry if it is not needed for equipment selection.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Separate thermal and pressure variables
The thermal unit and separate homogenizer have different roles. The chosen sequence, temperature history, actual flow and pressure settings belong in the method. Comparing a controlled variable is easier when the remaining preparation and sampling conditions stay consistent.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Account for a limited formulation supply
Useful collected output, startup discard, transitions and retained product are separate quantities. Optional connected modules add their own product path. Define the collected samples you need before working back to the prepared material allowance.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Specify the collection requirement
State the containers, intended sample handling and connection boundary. A controlled cabinet is a separately selected collection option. Product testing and storage evaluation remain specific to the study method.
