01 / SELECTION NOTE
Describe the juice entering the equipment
The product path should suit the prepared feed. Include viscosity, pulp or particle characteristics and the preparation method in the equipment discussion. Exchanger and pump selection follow those details and the required trial conditions.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Investigate air removal when it matters
The laboratory vacuum deaerator is a separate module for studying air removal. Record vacuum, feed temperature and flow together. When dissolved oxygen is the research objective, compare measured inlet and outlet values with a consistent sampling method.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Define the heating and cooling comparison
Select the laboratory UHT or HTST configuration against the study method. Heating, holding and cooling influence the collected sample. Keep useful collection time, product transitions and sample conditions explicit when comparing different runs.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Include the downstream connection
Avoid introducing uncontrolled air at the next transfer connection after deaeration. State the intended sampling or filling arrangement and request compatible interfaces. The selected quotation defines the thermal unit and any separately included vacuum module.
