01 / SELECTION NOTE
Follow the visible product route
The photographed laboratory thermal unit has exposed tubular sections and valve connections above its cabinet. These images help identify the physical arrangement, while the supplied drawing defines the exact heat-exchange and holding path.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Select against the actual feed condition
Provide the formulation viscosity, feed particle characteristics and preparation method. Fouling behaviour and the required temperature history also belong in the selection discussion. The exchanger choice should be checked against the complete selected operating envelope.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Keep holding time tied to flow
Product residence history depends on the installed holding assembly and actual flow. A change in flow can change the treatment and the collection window. Request the relevant measurement positions and record the product conditions through the trial.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Plan changeover and cleaning
Product inside the tubing is part of the circuit inventory. Startup and transitions affect useful collected output, especially when formulation is limited. Confirm the product-side cleaning connections and inspection access for the selected configuration.
