01 / SELECTION NOTE
An exchanger option within the thermal family
Plate-type heat exchange is a documented alternative for the laboratory thermal unit. The product and service channels provide the heating or cooling duty within the selected arrangement. Confirm the supplied exchanger rather than identifying it from a photograph of another configuration.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Discuss the formulation before choosing the passage
Product viscosity, particles, fouling behaviour and pressure conditions matter to exchanger selection. Describe the actual feed preparation and the range of formulations you intend to test. A product name alone does not establish suitability for a particular plate passage.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Review the complete thermal history
The exchanger, holding assembly and operating flow form the treatment route. Request the selected measurement positions and control arrangement. Product temperature history and collection conditions should be recorded alongside the chosen setpoints.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Confirm access, cleaning and interfaces
Ask about the selected product connections, cleaning method, inspection access and service requirements. Include the exchanger choice in the quotation so that the equipment arrangement and maintenance basis are clear.
