01 / SELECTION NOTE
Configure the thermal route for your trial
HTST research uses the documented laboratory thermal family with a selected exchanger, temperature, flow and holding arrangement. Describe the liquid food and the comparison you want to make first. The machine configuration then follows the required thermal history and collection conditions, rather than treating an equipment temperature limit as a treatment schedule.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Specify heating, holding and cooling together
A holding assembly works with actual product flow. Heating and cooling also influence the history of the collected sample. Plate and tubular arrangements are documented alternatives; viscosity, feed particle characteristics, cleaning access and the selected operating envelope should be reviewed when choosing between them.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Connect only the modules your formulation needs
A homogenizer can add controlled pressure treatment for suitable emulsions. A vacuum deaerator can support air-removal trials. Both are separate equipment choices, with their own flow and product-hold-up requirements. Open collection and a controlled filling cabinet have different sample-handling boundaries.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Make the enquiry useful
Share the product family, desired trial throughput, available sample and collection requirement. Add a target treatment range if your research method has defined it. Request the selected exchanger, holding arrangement, service connections and cleaning scope in the equipment specification.
