A defined collection workspace
The cabinet separates the sample-handling workspace from the surrounding laboratory. Filtered vertical airflow and glove access support controlled handling of prepared containers. The photographed filling connection delivers product into that workspace, and the frame allows the cabinet to be positioned beside the thermal unit.
Filling and container handling
The manufacturer describes a foot-operated pneumatic valve arrangement for small-batch filling. Container preparation, the filling outlet and closure handling form part of the collection procedure. Bottle capacity and neck access must suit the work area and nozzle; this is a laboratory cabinet, not a high-speed packaging line.
Connecting the product boundary
The product line from the thermal unit to the cabinet needs a compatible hygienic connection and preparation procedure. Cooling and transfer conditions are part of the system definition. The cabinet alone does not make an upstream open process aseptic, and a cabinet air-class description does not establish the sterility of a filled product.
Cleaning and preparation
The catalogue describes CIP/SIP integration and auxiliary UV/ozone features for selected configurations. Chemical, heat and radiation-related operations follow the equipment instructions and the laboratory’s controlled procedure. Access panels, gloves, seals and the filling outlet remain maintenance and integrity-check points.
The scope of a laboratory supply
Select the cabinet when the research programme needs controlled sample collection alongside UHT or HTST equipment. State the containers, product connections and intended tests in the enquiry. Airflow qualification, system validation, container preparation and shelf-life studies are separate evidence from the equipment photographs and catalogue description.
