Make a well-defined equipment choice

20 vs 100 L/h: Planning a Laboratory UHT Configuration

Compare the documented modular-system nominal 20 and 100 L/h options against useful output, sample allowance and connected-module requirements.

01 / SELECTION NOTE

Published options for the modular family

The documented modular-system family lists nominal flow options of 20 or 100 L/h. Confirm the complete selected configuration when ordering; the catalogue options do not assign both capacities to every pictured unit or supporting module.

02 / SELECTION NOTE

Hourly flow and prepared batch are different

Nominal hourly flow describes an equipment configuration. Prepared sample volume also covers startup, transitions and product retained at the end, in addition to useful output. Work back from the collected samples and operating window that the experiment needs.

03 / SELECTION NOTE

Check the connected equipment

The separate deaerator lists a published 5–40 L/h processing range for its described laboratory configuration. A combined route must coordinate module operating conditions and transfer strategy. Do not assume every optional module runs at the thermal unit nominal flow.

04 / SELECTION NOTE

Request the actual configuration values

Ask for the selected flow range, product hold-up, useful sampling window and interface conditions. Bring the available formulation and intended experiment duration to the equipment discussion; those details help compare the options.
