01 / SELECTION NOTE
Start with a defined thermal unit
The documented thermal unit combines a feed vessel, heating, holding and cooling. Its exposed product connections and operator screen help identify the research route. A photograph of connected equipment is useful for discussing the arrangement; the equipment list and quotation define the supplied units.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Choose a nominal flow configuration
The modular family lists nominal 20 or 100 L/h configurations. Choose against useful collected output, the experiment duration and the available formulation. Startup transitions, product retained in the circuit and separately connected modules need their own sample-volume allowance.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Add equipment for a specific research question
A homogenizer addresses pressure treatment of suitable emulsions and dispersions. A vacuum vessel addresses air removal. A filling cabinet provides a controlled collection workspace. Each has separate specifications and interfaces; the combined route must match the selected module operating conditions.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Define interfaces and supply scope
Discuss transfer sequence, product temperatures, connection sizes, pressure conditions, control integration and utilities. Ask for the equipment arrangement and documented supply scope before planning the laboratory footprint.
