01 / SELECTION NOTE
Start from the physical formulation
Describe the base ingredient, preparation method, viscosity and feed particle characteristics. These properties help establish a suitable exchanger and homogenizer configuration. Strained liquid and a formulation containing larger solids can place different demands on the product path.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Investigate emulsion and dispersion behaviour
The separate two-stage homogenizer supports pressure treatment of suitable liquid emulsions and dispersions. Record pressure, stage settings, flow and product conditions when comparing recipes. The catalogue pressure capability is not a predicted stability result for an untested formulation.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Compare thermal conditions consistently
The UHT/HTST unit supplies a configured heating, holding and cooling route. Keep the preparation method and sample boundary consistent when studying changes in the thermal history. Include startup transitions and connected-module hold-up in sample planning.

Tell us the research objective
Share whether the work concerns emulsion behaviour, thermal effects, product changeover or controlled sample collection. Include the available formulation and useful sample volume. This allows the discussion to address the required modules and interfaces.
