Make a well-defined equipment choice

Integrating a Laboratory Homogenizer with UHT Equipment

Review product conditions, stage settings, transfer sequence and sample inventory when adding the documented homogenizer to a laboratory thermal route.

01 / SELECTION NOTE

Add a module for a defined pressure-treatment step

The inline laboratory homogenizer is a separate equipment item. Select it when the research requires pressure treatment of a suitable liquid emulsion or dispersion. Its head and operating configuration follow the feed properties and trial method.

02 / SELECTION NOTE

Confirm product conditions at the connection

Position the unit against the selected sequence and the temperature it will receive. Inlet and outlet pressures, actual flow and the connection arrangement need to fit the adjacent thermal or transfer equipment.

03 / SELECTION NOTE

Include the module in the sample balance

The connected product path adds inventory, startup and transition considerations. Account for the useful samples and retained product for the complete arrangement rather than planning against the thermal unit alone.

04 / SELECTION NOTE

State the hygienic and control scope

The selected product-contact assembly, cleaning configuration and control integration should be documented in the quotation. Downstream aseptic operation requires its own suitable arrangement and preparation.
