Make a well-defined equipment choice

Selecting Laboratory Vacuum Deaeration Equipment

Review vacuum, feed temperature, flow and downstream transfer when selecting the documented deaerator for liquid food research.

01 / SELECTION NOTE

Define the air-removal objective

A vacuum deaerator supports research into dissolved and entrained air in suitable liquid foods. Identify whether the comparison concerns dissolved oxygen, visible foam or another measured characteristic. Choose a consistent inlet and outlet sampling method.

02 / SELECTION NOTE

Consider vacuum, temperature and flow together

The documented unit lists 5–40 L/h and a 20–90 °C process-temperature range for the described configuration. These are published equipment ranges, not a guarantee of an oxygen-removal result. Product viscosity and foaming tendency also matter to stable operation.

03 / SELECTION NOTE

Protect the downstream transfer

An uncontrolled air inlet at the next connection can change the result after treatment. Include the transfer and collection route in the discussion, along with services, drainage and cleaning connections.

04 / SELECTION NOTE

Request a compatible research arrangement

Share the prepared liquid, expected flow, feed temperature and the measurement you intend to compare. Ask for module interfaces and the selected installation arrangement alongside the thermal configuration if both are required.
