01 / SELECTION NOTE
Start from the selected equipment list
The thermal unit and optional connected modules each have their own physical and service interfaces. Agree the equipment list and flow sequence before treating a photograph as an installation layout. Final drawings provide the selected connection and clearance basis.
02 / SELECTION NOTE
Describe the laboratory services
Discuss electrical supply, cooling services, drainage, cleaning connections and access to the equipment. Provide available service information and request confirmation of the selected requirements. Fixed project utility values should come from the actual equipment configuration.
03 / SELECTION NOTE
Leave access for operation and maintenance
The feed vessel, operator interface, gauges, valves and removable connections need reachable positions. A connected homogenizer, deaerator or cabinet changes the footprint, transfer route and service access.
04 / SELECTION NOTE
Clarify the documentation and responsibilities
Ask which drawings, equipment records, testing, installation and training items are included. The quotation should identify supplied work and the preparation needed from the laboratory, including any interfaces with existing equipment.
