Send a compact first brief
Start with the formulation family, trial decision, available material and equipment functions of interest. Add the collection boundary and site utility constraints when known. A useful first enquiry should be possible before every engineering detail has been resolved.
Ask for a configuration-specific response
A proposal should identify the supplied equipment and optional items, actual product path, operating conditions, material-volume basis, instrument/channel list, data export and cleaning access. Request model-matched drawings and photographs with their origin stated. Avoid comparing one supplier's nominal vessel size against another's usable sample volume.
Agree how the equipment will be checked
Define the demonstration material, installation conditions, stable collection criteria, measurement and sample records, and treatment of deviations. Distinguish a functional equipment test from a product process-validation exercise. Delivery terms, training, documentation and service scope belong in the actual agreement; they are not inferred from this website.
